Our Story

​

Our story began in 2014 when we, the majority shareholders, acquired a vineyard outside the village of Niata. It was initially meant to be a  hobby because we love wine,  and the wine-making process. The hobby brought us together with other wine enthusiasts, including people from the village that wanted to improve the wine they were traditionally making.

Ultimately the hobby evolved toward a small business and a limited partnership company (Boutsali-S winery) was established in 2017, 

We are currently a small family business but, in a way, our story is similar to other great enterprises: We also started in a garage !
