Dry wines: White , Rosé and Red
Every year we produce white wines based on the varieties Malaguzia and Roditis. A blend with Assyrtiko is expected as of 2021. Our Rosé's are based on Agiorgitiko, Fileri and Moscato Hamburgo. We also produced a small amount on Red wine from Agiorgitiko, Mavro Dafne and Merlot
The red wine we produce is based on the variety Agiorgitiko but we experiment with blendings with Merlot and or Mavrodafne
We started to produce some wine in 2015 and the results encouraged us to continue and experiment with different varieties and also with label designs....
Malaguzia and roditis is one of our white wines which we regularly make but we also make Malaguzia plus assyrtiko in smaller amount”
Our main rosé is made from the variety Moschato Hamburgo and with Filery. We also make rosé only with Moscato or with Fileri
